I done did a mod-esque brochure for a friend of mine. Although this is a meer mock up, the person and business is very real. Check her out! She's a wonderful friend and photographer.
The formatting of brochures is almost backwards when it's flat like this one. The first panel you see is the teaser panel, or panel 5. This is what you see when you open up the brochure. It should be exciting and attempt to complement panel 2. I've chosen some spunky pics that I feel capture Ronia's services and talent. To the right is the last panel the reader sees. Weird, right? This is the contact information etc. Lovely pic of Ronia (but who took it?). The first panel, aka the glorious eye-catcher, has the business logo and a cute pic of my sister and her husband.
The inside presents a couple (that I don't know yet wasn't afraid to comment on) lookin' gorgey with a quote from Le Sister, some info about Ronia and her services. The hierarchy of info in panels 2, 3 and 4, should go from minimum to bulk.
The colours cohese (I'm currently in the process of petitioning cohese to be a word, so don't you worry) the brochure with incarnadine, watchet, calamine and blue.
This was such a time! I really enjoy making these so if you have a business or event you need to have brochures for, hit me up! Or if you need some pictures, hit Ronia up! Hit us both up if you really want to!
